Mr. Richard C. Harrist is an experienced lawyer, having been licensed first in Oklahoma and then in Texas. He has 25+ years of experience both as a trial lawyer and as an appellate practitioner. Mr. Harrist has represented numerous individuals, professionals and companies in litigated matters, including motor vehicle and workplace accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, and product manufacturing defects.

Mr. Harrist has tried many cases to favorable jury verdicts for his clients, and he maintains an AV-rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the preeminent and highest possible rating for lawyers, in both legal ability and ethical standards.
