Representative Transactions

  • Extensive experience in representing clients in all types of personal injury litigation, including traffic accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, industrial accidents, and medical malpractice. Represented both Defendants/Insurers and Plaintiffs.
  • Extensive experience in complex commercial litigation including all types of business disputes, commercial fraud, products liability, and UCC claims. Represented both Defendants and Plaintiffs.
  • Practices the full range of Labor and Employment issues including anti-discrimination laws (Title VII, ADA, ADEA, and their Texas equivalents); FMLA, FLSA; Texas Non-Subscriber; Non-Compete Agreements; and Affirmative Action. Practices both employment litigation and transactional.
  • Assists clients who are federal contractors with compliance issues, including mandatory Affirmative Action under the Executive Order 11246, as amended, and its implementing regulations, as well as contractor disputes and litigation with the federal government.
